Come join me at Vector Brewing in Dallas, TX for a Spring Cake Decorating Class!

In this fun and relaxed class, you will learn how to recreate my Multi Texture Shag Design - perfect for Spring!

I’ll provide everything you will need from a 5” two layer cake and two cupcakes ready to decorate to pastry bags, buttercream, sprinkles and sparkles. Everything is prepped right before class - so no baking or icing mixing required. Just decorate!

First, we will learn how to properly hold and use a pastry bag. Next, you will learn to use the different pastry tips to create the textures, practice piping and then you will create your own masterpiece.

As an added bonus, each attendee will get their first glass of wine/beer/non alcoholic beverage on me!
